Refund Policy 
Return and Exchanges are not accepted as all of our products are made to order. However, if there is something wrong with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can fix the issue. 
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. So we can evaluate and make it right. 

Shipping Policy
Once the product leaves are hands, we are not responsible for lost packages. If the item is returned to us we will contact you regarding getting it sent back to you. We recommend contacting your local post office as soon as you notice you didn’t receive your package so they can find it and get it to you quicker. But in an instance that nothing is getting accomplished reach out and we will see how we can help.
